At the request of Kitchenwench.
Final working and approved version.
equal parts water and soy
To a half cup of each
3 TBS of brown sugar
1Tbs rice vinegar
A heaping tsp of ground ginger or 1 TBS of fresh ground ( I use the good stuff in the jar)
1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
Used as a marinade just mix well and soak.
Want it a bit thicker, Heat and add some corn starch.
