2 lbs venison burger
2 Tbs Morton's Tender Quick
2 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Water
Mix all together and put in an air tight container and place it in the fridge for 24 hours
Make 1/2 pound loaves and then bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes
