Stackers

On the other forum Knot made an eggplant Parmigiana. She made the casserole style. I made stackers. 2 level. You can go as high as you want to. But I like just 2 maybe three layers as it's easier to eat and they make a fantastic sandwich.
I also made some garlic rolls. Used my favorite parker house frozen rolls. I make a lot of them and then freeze them.
I used 4 from the freezer to make these.
