Spicy Pork Chops, Mashed Potato’s
& Stuffing with creamy dill gravy
Stuffing Recipe
7 pcs. of torn white bread
1 chopped stalk celery
1/2 medium chopped onion
1 - 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
2-3 tablespoons bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste.
Moisten with 1/2 cup chicken broth & fry it all up
With 2 tablespoons olive oil & two tablespoons of
Unsalted butter….remove to plate and heat in microwave
before serving.
Gravy Recipe…
1 1/2 tablespoon Butter
1 1/2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup half & half ( or milk)
1 teaspoon of dill
Pepper to taste.
Melt butter in sauce pot and stir in flour and stir around
for two minutes…then add chicken broth, dill and pepper and
with a whisk keep Stirring for about 5 - 7 minutes…this will thicken up…
then lower the flame and add 1/4 cup half and half…stirring it on low for a few more minutes. Shut off flame and heat before serving.
Spicy Pork chop recipe: ( for air fryer)
Coat both sides of chops with salt/ pepper, garlic powder and then
coat with a little olive oil on both side and sear in frying pan for 5 minutes
Flip over and sear for three more minutes…put the chops in a foil lined pan…and
make the spicy sauce.
Spicy Sauce:
4 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon honey
Put hot sauce in pan and stir in the butter, after the butter melts
Take the pan off the stove and stir in the honey… pour all over the
Pork Chops on both sides.
Air Fry @375 for 5 minutes, flip over and fry for another 4 minutes.
Depending on the thickness of the chops you may have to roast
It longer..
