I saw this and immediately bought one. Used for cold smoking foods, drinks, desserts, etc. Might sometimes be seen in a five star restaurant being used table side. I bought the least expensive I could find being unsure of the amount of use I had for it. Some come with various size glass domes to cover the item being smoked. Uses batteries. There are YT videos of how to use it.

My ex-wife brought home cookies from work one time that had been brought in by someone else. I took one bite, spit it out and exclaimed, "She's a smoker, isn't she?" All I could taste was cigarette, like she had exhaled smoke into the dough. I can pass on a smoke device like this but I hope you enjoy it.

Make sure you share with us how you're using this and how it goes. I've seen it used in cooking competitions but have never thought to use one at home. 🧐
