Nope. It's the wheat/carbs from it that's the problem (eating keto). But I've successfully sub'd bread crumbs with crushed pork rinds (there are some brands that are milder than others).Can you have flour? Just dry them off and toss in flavored flour ( flavored with salt and paprika. )
