Saturday Night Dinner
Linguini with mushroom sauce…both dried
assorted mushrooms and regular mushrooms
in a marinara sauce..along with stuffed sausages
stuffed with mozzarella and parmesan cheese….
The sausages are fried then split and goes on a bed of
Marinara sauce. After they are stuffed I put them in the air
fryer @350° for about 5-6 minutes. I don’t cook the sausage in
the sauce cause I like it better without the sauce.( I like just
fried meatballs too)
After I fry the mushrooms I remove to plate, so that the
last minute I can heat them up in the microwave.
I toss the linguini ( 1/2 lb.) in the marinara sauce then I top them
with the hot mushrooms, parsley, basil and Parmesan cheese.
The next to the last pic is the leftovers…this is enough for 4 people.
