Pecorino Grating cheese…rolled in pizza dough, brushed with olive
oil and a sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds…
Made a bowl of marinara sauce for dipping.

The Ingredients 😋
Three crumpled sausages fried out of the skins
A (12 oz bag) of frozen spinach - water squeezed out
A handful of finely diced soppressata
A handful of mozzarella
a handful of pecorino Romano cheese
1 clove of garlic finely chopped and fried with the sausage.
Salt/pepper to taste.
Light drizzle of olive oil all over
1 recipe of pizza dough, rolled out into a big circle.

Baked @ 350° for 30 minutes…then under the broiler
for a few minutes watching carefully.

What do deli meats in your world cost TK? Here there is Boar's Head brand easily available with most around $10/lb.

Yep just as I suspected. "Regional" brands and everything is cheaper. BH chicken breast $10.99, BH Cajun style smoked roasted turkey breast $12.99, BH Hard Salami $12.99,BH Top Round Prosciutto $15.49, Mortadella $9.49, Sandwich Style Pepperoni $9.99. I didn't find any Sopressata on Kroger website. They never have specials on BH products. I drove 40 miles to a butcher shop that advertised "the complete Boars Head product line" for Sopressata. Silly me expecting them to actually have what the advertised. They had 5 items and didn't know what Sopressata was. I know BH makes it as I saw in on the BH website.

I need some learning. What is sopressata?
Sopressata is an Italian dry cured salami which has visible chunks of pork and fat.
Mortadella is a large Italian emulsified sausage that contains at least 15% visible chunks of fat.
That about as simple as it gets.
