I did this post, just so I could use the pasta

Italian Night, with Rigatoni, small meatballs
and ricotta on the side…it was yummy.

I made a quick pot of sauce, ( 1/2 hour sauce) with walnut
size meatballs…I made the meatballs with about 1 lb
of ground beef, ( made 15 small meatballs) and a dollop of ricotta on the side.
2 cans of plum tomatoes.
I have lots of sauce and 8 meatballs left over…
Enough for another meal and enough sauce for a pizza.👍🥰
