Made a delicious Citrus Ricotta Cake Today
I followed the recipe except I increased the lemon and orange zest to
one our each, added 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 tsp lemon extractt
Baked it mourin intersmy large bundt pan for 40 minutes @ 350° recipe is in pics.
I frosted it with:
3 oz. Cream cheese
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp. of lemon zest
3 cup’s confectionery sugar
2 tablespoons milk.
Then I decorated it with fresh strawberries
and basil leaves.
It was yummy….I also included pics of our lemon tree that winters over in our
dining room…it’s eight years old and will be going back outside in May.
