Red velvet bundt cake. It is a combination of 2 red velvet cakes that I have tried before, one is my mothers recipe, the other John Kanell’s, took what I feel is the best of both and combined them with my pound cake.
Taste test of the batter, best I’ve created so far. Frosting this would have been a challenge so I made a cream cheese glaze. Next time I’ll use 1/2 of a vanilla been so the glaze does not shift to a maple color.
