Mushroom and truffle ravioli with creamy Parmesan cheese, basil and rosemary …made with two tablespoons unsalted butter, 1/2 cup Parmesan
cheese and 1/2 cup pasta water…after the ravioli’s boiled, ( they were fresh ravioli’s so
they only took 3 minutes) I simmered them in the pan with pasta water,
butter, and cheese for a couple of minutes…more Parmesan cheese was added for serving…
this was made in ten minutes…so fast and so delicious.
the bread was from my sons Mardi Gras party.👍
