We now have thread prefixes you can use when adding a recipe to The Recipe Box. This will make finding specific recipes you might want to try out easier.

You can also save a recipe (or any post) by bookmarking it. You can give it a label or tag, which you only see, and use that to filter and search for a specific item in your bookmarks collection here on the forum. More information on how to use bookmarks may be found HERE in the FAQs.

All great ideas! We're just getting started here so as you think of something we can do to improve things, don't hesitate to speak up. We're here for all of you, our members, and the only stupid question or suggestion is the one you don't toss out there on the table!

Dividing Meats into Beef, Pork, Chicken and Seafood is a very good idea. That will allow us all to keep track of what the primary protein is. Eventually we'll have enough sweet recipes to break it down farther into Cake, cookies, pies, quick breads and other. That would keep Yeast breads separate and easy to dig up, too.

iNSTEAD of seasonings, maybe Spice MIxes or similar. I'm more interested in how spices can interact with each other. Seasonings imply "singular" IMO.
Umm, perhaps but I know of one "spice mix" that is called a seasoning and has been since it's inception in the 1970's at least.
