Two pizzas that we love…The first one is creamed Spinach
topped with clams and finished off with mozzarella
and grating cheese.

The second one is creamed spinach and a layer of creamy
ricotta (1 cup mixed with 2 tablespoons half and half)
on top of the creamed spinach and then finished off with
More grating cheese, Mozzarella and Montaray Jack cheese or
Swiss Cheese.

Here’s the recipe for the base of the creamed spinach
ingredients...
1 - 12 oz bag spinach (water squeezed out )
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grading cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 /2 cup milk
1/2 cup half and half
salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cook on stove until creamy.

And the recipe for the creamed clams:
2 cans of clam broth ( 6 oz cans)
1/3 cup bacon
1/4 cup grading cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup. milk
Clams from the cans
Cook on stove until creamy (add
The clams after you shut off the fire)

You can make your own dough or buy store bought
dough.
Pre bake your pizza dough at 350° for 5 -6 minutes.
then put on the toppings of your choice and bake at 400° for
15-18 minutes.

Approximately what size crust are you covering with that batch of creamed spinach layer ? Looks like a 10 x 13 and I want to reduce it down a bit for my first try.

Also noting that you have your granny"s baking tin or you are a lot older than I think you are. We are fortunate to have DW's grandmother tin.

Colby, one is 14 x 16 ( the spinach and ricotta one) and the other one is 12 x 18 (The spinach and clam one)

to to be clear the spinach recipe is for both pizzas.
if you want to cut it in half ( half of a pizza dough recipe) you could use a 12” cast iron skillet.
