Do you have a Publix? They have all those and more. In the deli. I can get Genoa as easy as bologna here. But to get Soppressata I go to the boars head stand (specialty) in the middle of the isle (near the deli and bakery) and fine most everything.Stromboli, that's what I couldn't remember. Know how to make it but forgot the name. Folks around here don't know how to eat, all you can get for genoa salami, sopressata, etc is thin see through slices in 6 oz packages. I've gone to butcher shops that advertise the full line of Boar's Head deli meats looking for these to buy sliced to my desired thickness. They didn't have them.
