I have the dubious honor over being given 5 box of 12 3oz pouches of applesauce unsweetened. I'm needing some ideas of using these with pork or other things. I have chicken that is a possibility also. I found a couple things on All Recipes but they take more applesauce than I have. Anybody got some ideas?

I'll have to give the chicken recipe a try. The only problem I see is that the chicken breasts I have weigh 1lb +. I'll need to cut them down. The other recipe is one I have saved on All Recipes. Thanks.

When I was in elementary school they sometime served an applesauce pie topped with brown sugar cinnamon. They baked it on a full sheet pan and the applesauce was only about 1/2" thick. Unless you want to eat it weeks you may want to scale that back a bit.

I've also heard of applesauce cakes.
