Crunchy. Cuz texture is an important part of the enjoyment.

Have to say though, I absolutely hate Reese PB Cups. Cheap ingredients and you can taste "grit" (and it's not p'nut particles). Crappy chocolate they use too.

be sure to use good chocolate like ghiardelli. NEVER hershey's 🤮

Either works for me but I'm partial to smooth but I eat a lot of peanuts not in PB.

Crunchy all the way for me!! I want some texture to my PB&J sandwiches. Husband prefers smooth so we have both in the cabinet. Oddly enough our favorite brand is Great Value from Walmart. I think it's because of the molasses they put in it.

For baking I will use either, it just depends on my mood.

I need to find a good source of pimento cheese this far north. It might have to be me...
tbh I wouldn't know where to begin to look. Well, actually, I kind of do. A quick Web search and the Handsome Hog restaurant in St. Paul serves a pimento cheese ball. They might make their own or they just have a good source and make a cheese ball out of it. Buttered Tin in downtown St. Paul also serves pimento cheese on their biscuits. Either might be worth a call to determine their source. Apparently Minneapolis is too cool to serve pimento cheese. 😀
