My Granny used to make those when the rhubarb first came in.

I am much more fond of pie than cake. My favorite is peach. For many years I have preferred a peach pie for my birthday.

I'm hoping to grow some in a large container starting this spring if it ever gets here.... That way I can make my own rhubarb and whatever fruit sounds good and is in season pies.
