It's already smoker season here in Texas, but we sold ours a long while back. I do know we have several members around here that enjoy theirs, and I still enjoy reading all about the different techniques and recipes everyone is using.

Hello from Minnesota!

I got a stovetop smoker for Christmas that I've been playing with. Which reminds me, I really should dig it out and use it again. It's in the great maw we call a pantry. Stuff gets stored there for mighty long times. 🙁
