I'm from Southern California, "the OC" and I like to cook thinks like gumbo, pozole, and the like. Sometimes I take my dishes to potlucks, where people eat and enjoy them.
Welcome to the forums DoomsDave! You will definitely need to share your gumbo recipe, and I'm a bit ashamed to say I have no idea what pozole is, so maybe you can help me out with that as well.
