Homemade Sausage

I've tried making breakfast sausage patties. They weren't too bad but seemed a lot of work.
@TwoKnots have you made sausage patties or sausage links?

Yep I've got 4 large Boston Butts. 3 will go for pulled pork and BBQ sauce, pressure canned. The fourth will make sausage and pozole.
