Hello @Xavier! Ooo...candy. I've recently started dabbling in homemade candy but more along the lines of homemade Snickers bars, caramels and fudge. Fairly easy stuff and nothing to do with tempering chocolate, that seriously intimidates me.

I'm glad you found us. Maybe we can both learn some things about making candy!
