Hello! My name is PauIa and I am thrilled to find a group of like minded people. I love to cook and I do a lot of it. Actually, since my children are grown and have homes their own, for a while I was doing way too much of it. For the first time my giant freezer was stuffed to the gills. My son and daughter would shop in my freezer pretty regularly, which helped, but wasn't enough. In desperation, I emailed my 2 sisters and 3 nieces and asked for their help. Well those ladies rushed to my rescue and I'm happy to report that my freezer is now always 1/2 to 2/3 empty and I am once again happily cooking to my hearts content! And baking too. I love to bake. I love it so much that I haven't bought bread on 36 years. I get the most pleasure of all when i'm kneading bread dough. And I have all these kind women to thank who make it possible for me.😉

Welcome to the forums @PaulaGene, and I am so excited you found us! I can't wait to hear about your baking prowess, especially when it comes to bread. I'm a bit of a cheat when it comes to that, as I use a bread machine. However, I'd like to think that if my ancestors had access to such technology, they would have approved. :sneaky:
