I am looking forward to seeing this site soar. I love to cook.

I started cooking when I was about 8-9 years old (it was a requirement for a Cub Scout badge). That was in the mid-1960s. I have cooked for one and for a crowd. I'm always trying new recipes and techniques. My latest technique is sous vide. I love how steaks turn out.
