If so, what do you like to make?
I have never made a bundt cake, but there's a place (franchise) in town that makes the most incredible little mini cakes, and after having tried one...or three, I am toying with the idea of learning how to make them. I like the idea of the minis because my memory tells me that a regular-sized bundt feeds an army.Yes, I love to bake. Bunt cakes, crumb cakes, and breads…
the bunt cake is the devil in my kitchen, I change many recipes to
make it into a bunt cake.
I posted my peanut butter bunt cake recipe and it hasn’t shown up? Do I do it again?
@Wooleybooger is correct. It's more than likely because you're "new" and posting a fair amount amazing photos. Please don't let that stop you from sharing though!Give it a few minutes. The software needs to get accustomed to you. Weird I know but that's the way it acts.
I used to use the spray, but, have discovered that using crisco and flour works well. Cakes slideBundt cakes are super easy. I usually do a regular cake recipe and cook it in the Bundt pan although I understand there are specific recipes out there. My only tip is don't be shy with the Baker's Joy spray.
I found I missed spots using the crisco and flour. And it made a massive mess in the sink so when I could buy the flour spray at Sam's I was thrilled.I used to use the spray, but, have discovered that using crisco and flour works well. Cakes slide
right out.
