No. But I'm going to make a 2 layer cake today. I can turn out some decent muffins and a cornbread from time to time. If I get really motivated or tired of light bread I occasionally make a loaf of no-knead Dutch oven rustic bread.

I cook and bake, but I am no good at decorating. I love making cheesecakes (this is a vanilla cheesecake, semisweet chocolate ganache, roasted and salted fresh pecans, and store-bought caramel), but I use my Instant Pot, so not sure if that counts as baking.

I like to try all different types of baking, but my husband is very set in his ways and won't eat much of what I like to attempt, so...I end up eating way too many sweets. He really missed out by not trying the lemon blueberry tart, which was most excellent.

I'm far from a pastry chef, but have told my wife I want to start baking more. It started during the pandemic when yeast was impossible to find.
So, I made a sourdough starter. And had so so results with sourdough bread. But I have learned a lot since then and plan to get back into baking.

I have never made a bundt cake, but there's a place (franchise) in town that makes the most incredible little mini cakes, and after having tried one...or three, I am toying with the idea of learning how to make them. I like the idea of the minis because my memory tells me that a regular-sized bundt feeds an army.

I don't have a pan, though, and haven't had time to do a deep dive into bundt recipes. One day though.

Give it a few minutes. The software needs to get accustomed to you. Weird I know but that's the way it acts.

Bundt cakes are super easy. I usually do a regular cake recipe and cook it in the Bundt pan although I understand there are specific recipes out there. My only tip is don't be shy with the Baker's Joy spray.

@Wooleybooger is correct. It's more than likely because you're "new" and posting a fair amount amazing photos. Please don't let that stop you from sharing though!

I used to use the spray, but, have discovered that using crisco and flour works well. Cakes slide
right out.

I found I missed spots using the crisco and flour. And it made a massive mess in the sink so when I could buy the flour spray at Sam's I was thrilled.
