We had our Christmas Celebration at youngest sons house last night
( missed Christmas Day because of Covid) and it was wonderful, very festive. He did a reverse sear on a loin of beef and everything was delicious, the meat was done perfectly and the asparagus, the salad and mashed potatoes were all so
tasty..
He packed up all the leftovers for us to take home. 👍He has become quite a good cook and baker…and our Daughter in Law is an excellent hostess.
It was a perfect evening all around. 👍

And the best part is he always manages to get us the perfect gift…which is a task cause we buy whatever we need or want all year long.
He got me a soda stream…it’s not electric and works great…he got me two gas containers with an adapter on it…he has a big gas charger in his garage, so that he can refill the containers when they get empty…like he said, free gas charges for life. LOL … He uses his a lot, makes lemon soda, lime soda, berry soda…and you can purchase Diet Coke syrup and diet cream soda syrup …My husband is delighted no more bring back Diet Coke cans to the market.
