Chicken thighs with Louisanna Hot sauce…
This is the second time that I made these…
Chicken Thighs seasoned with salt/pepper, garlic powder,
Paprika, on both sides and a light smear of unsalted butter, on top..
put in the bottom of
the air fryer for 10 minutes, @ 400°
Turned over for 10 more minutes….then turned over again,
and I put Buffalo wing sauce that I made on top of the chicken
and roasted It for 8 - 10 more minutes. It was so good.
Wing Sauce Recipe:
About 1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Heat it up for a couple of minutes in sauce pot
until blended and butter melts.
I served it with mashed sweet potatoes…mashed with butter, cinnamon,
Honey and a dollop of milk…the string beans are German style…made with canned String beans…first a bit of chopped onion was sautéed in one tablespoon of Unsalted butter…after it is lightly browned, stir in one tablespoon flour, and then the juice from the string beans…stir and simmer for a few minutes to thicken and then add the string beans..salt/pepper to taste…
The rolls I made before…I ate a 1/2 of a roll…the head guy had 3 1/2!
The candle light is because the head guy changed the bulbs over the table to bright white..Makes everything look washed out.👍🥰
