It is just a simple dinner of
Chicken Thighs, sautéed broccoli rabe with garlic and olive oil, and
thin sliced home fries, seasoned with salt/ pepper, garlic powder,
paprika, and at the end I sprinkled the potatoes with dried onion flakes.😋

What made these chicken thighs over the top delicious is the Louisiana hot
sauce that I made up and put on the thighs at the last 10 minutes of roasting.👍

I didn’t plan on making a post of this dish, however, the chicken looked so good
that I took pics just in case it tasted good.😋and it was good.😋

Chicken Thighs seasoned with salt/pepper, garlic powder,
Paprika, and a light smear of unsalted butter…put in the bottom of
the air fryer for 15 minutes, @ 400°
Turned over for 10 more minutes….then turned over again,
and I put Buffalo wing sauce that I made on top of the chicken
and roasted It for 8 - 10 more minutes. It was so good.

My Wing Sauce Recipe:
About 1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Heat it up for a couple of minutes in sauce pot
until blended and butter melts.

I passed up skin on bone in thighs @$ 0.77/lb this morning. Already had a package of boneless skinless breast in the basket. 18 breasts, 15 lbs butter, several lbs smoked sausage 3 whole chickens, 3 pork butts and 15/18 lbs butter in my little top mount freezer. It like to have killed me to do that.

I cook drumsticks, thighs, and wings almost exclusively in the air fryer now. It is easy and always comes out right. I made some for my parents and brother when they came down a couple of days before Christmas and they all remarked how good the chicken was.

I do it a lot on Sundays when we sit down to watch the Bengals play. Any wing recipe works just as well with drumsticks and my kids have an easier time eating them than the flappers.
