I don’t think I posted this here before?
This is the best carrot cake you’ll every taste in
your life…I got this recipe from a friend of my sister
years ago. Big Lyle is a dessert chef…
i usually make this cake in my big bundt cake pan…
however, I had just received this bundt pan from Amazon
and wanted to try it out…trust me on this..there is no better
carrot cake out there 👍
the cream cheese frosting is: 4 oz butter, 4 oz cream cheese,
1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoons half and half, (or milk) and 3 cups
confectionary sugar.

So it was you that posted that recipe. I do find it to be a nice moist cake.
