Another thread dealt with different BBQ sauces. One mentioned was a mustard-based sauce (Carolinas). The first time I had a version, I was astounded. It was sooooooo good.

Years ago, 40+, I made some beef short ribs that had a molasses mustard sauce I found on the back of a Grandma's Molasses bottle. Never wrote it down and wish I had. That recipe is not even on the Grandma's Molasses website.

That's not it but looks good. The recipe I made used yellow mustard.
