This is a delicious cake made in my small 6 cup bunt pan..

Apple Cider Donut Cake.
Recipe will be in the pics.

I didn’t use a loaf pan…I made it in my small bunt pan,
I greased the bunt pan generously with crisco
and flour…it slid out beautifully.👍
The bunt pan is the devil in my kitchen😄

I added an extra 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and
one small chopped golden delicious apple
to the cake…it baked in 50 minutes @ 325°

I also didn’t follow the icing recipe, I made
my own Icing with:

1 1/2 tablespoons very soft unsalted butter
1 cup confectionery sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 teaspoons concentrated apple cider
(that I saved from the boiled apple cider)

Then after turning the cake out of the pan, I poked holes
all over the cake and slowly drizzled the icing on top, while the
Cake was still slightly warm.
Served with a dollop of whipped cream with a sprinkle
of cinnamon. This is a delicious and very moist cake👍
