Made Poppy’s Amaretto Peach Cake…
So moist and delicious…I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the recipe.
I used 15 oz can of well drained peaches…cook time 68 minutes @ 350°
Do not use convection bake…( convection bake dries out baked goods)…

Interesting. I've made an Amaretto cheese cake. If I have pictures I clueless as to where, computer, camera, CD, thumbdrive, I don't know.

Your crumb shot looks very light (and beautiful) but I was wondering overall if it was a dense cake.

No, I wouldn’t say that it’s dense…it’s moist and delicious.
