For ABTs (atomic buffalo turds) cut the top off a jalapeno pepper, remove the seeds and veins leaving the rest of the pepper whole. With a toothpick make a hole in the end of the pepper, partially fill with cream cheese and place a little smokey sausage in the cheese, wrap with bacon and but a toothpick to hold the bacon. Smoke them on the grill or put them in the oven if you must until warm through. Eat.
